A $25.00 flat rate standard shipping is charged on orders under CAD $1000.00

[Express Shipping]
Free express shipping is offered on all orders over CAD $1500.00
A $45.00 flat rate standard shipping is charged on orders under CAD $1500.00
Standard Shipping Time: 2 business days in Ontario
2-6 business days for the rest of Canada (Delivery time varies depending on regions)
Payments received before 11:00 PM will have same-day shipping.
It takes 2 business days to prepare your orders.

Tracking your order
A confirmation email or text message will be sent to your email inbox or mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to track your package. Please allow 1 – 3 business days to track your package online.

Pre-ordered or Re-ordered items:
For pre-order or re-order items, the items in stock will be delivered immediately, the rest of the items in your order will be noted to you and delivered to you soon after available.

All buyers should double-check the shipping address when creating an order. The shipping address can be updated through customer service: amy@intactrades.com, before shipping out.
Return:
90-day return guarantee on the new product initial orders ONLY.
The Return or exchange will not be accepted after 90 days since the initial purchase.
To be eligible for return or exchange, all your item packages must be in the original packaging without any damage and in the same condition that you received them. All items must not be used or opened.
For any order, the buyer is responsible for any cost of return or exchange to intactrades.com. Please refer to the Refund Policy for further information about the return.
Lost / Stolen Packages:
Intactrades.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after the delivery confirmation email or message is issued to your email or mobile number. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on Tracking Pages.
