Refund Policy

[CANCELLATION]

The order can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing it. It will take 3-5 days for the refund of your order to be processed in the original form of payment.

[RETURNS]

Purchased products with initial order conditions or during new product launches can be returned within 30 days after fulfillment.

To be eligible for a return, the purchased item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, and all items must also be in the original packaging without damage.

[REFUNDS]

Once your return item is received and inspected, an email will notify you that the returned item has been received; the approval or rejection of your return and refund will be notified to you at the same time.

If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit note will be applied to your account within 10 business days.

[ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS]

Health and personal care items.

The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Please do not send your return items to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Only items in their original condition, without damaged parts, missing parts, broken parts, replacement parts, repaired parts, changed parts, other brand parts, or used parts can be returned.
